1719310830Code 7954 Large BlockLarge wooden and steel block with hardwood pulley, ovoid wooden box with a slot that can be partially opened with a hinge and locking hook, in which both the pulley and the steel band are pivoted which ends with a large hook for suspension of the block. The steel band bears the following numbers 96A and 21. English manufacture, mid-19th century. Good condition. Measurements 13x13x40 cm – 5.2x5.2x15.8 inches.
Block is the maritime term used to call pulleys; depending on the number of pulleys it is called a simple, double or triple block. The simplest model consists of an ovoid box, made of hard wood or iron, with one or more slots in which the wheels or pulleys on which the ropes must slide are pivoted.

Shipping by DHL or UPS is free (but if we are shipping to a country non-EU remember that any taxes and customs duties are on your expense), and items will be sent just after receiving of payment.

Other countries: delivering on the average in 5 weekdays; custom duties charged to the buyer.
